How to Add Terms and Conditions to Your Experience Offerings

As a business you may have specific rules around your voucher redemptions, such as expiry dates. Listing these on your vouchers is a useful way to inform customers and avoid disputes later.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
  • Have your terms and conditions text drafted before starting.

Step-by-Step: Add Terms and Conditions

  1. Open Gift Card Settings

    1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
    2. Click Settings
    3. Select Gift Cards

  2. Add Footer Text
    Locate the Digital Gift Cards Footer Text section. Enter the text you want to display on all digital vouchers.

  3. Save Changes
    Click Save.

What Happens After You Save

Your footer text appears on all newly issued digital gift cards.

What to Include

Consider including:

  • Voucher validity period
  • Terms and conditions
  • Data usage information
  • A note that vouchers are non-refundable or not exchangeable for cash
