How to Remove Time Selection for Online Ordering (Admin Portal)

If you no longer want customers to choose a specific date and time for their online orders, you can remove the time selection picker so all orders are placed for ASAP fulfilment instead.

Before You Begin

  • You must have admin access to your Facilipay Business Portal.
  • Decide whether all orders should default to ASAP, or whether you only want to remove time selection for specific branches.

How to Remove Time Selection

The date and time selector for online ordering is controlled by Facilipay support. To remove it from your online ordering page, contact the team at support@facilipay.io and request that scheduling be disabled for your business or branch.

Once disabled:

  • Customers will no longer see a date/time picker when ordering.
  • All online orders will be placed as ASAP for immediate fulfilment.
  • This simplifies the customer experience and is well-suited to in-venue ordering or quick-service environments.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Match to operations: Remove time selection only if your team is set up to fulfil orders immediately.

  • Communicate the change: Let regular customers know if they were previously scheduling orders ahead.

  • Re-enable if needed: You can request scheduling be turned back on at any time.
