Accepting Cash as a payment tender on Facilipay 

Cash is not enabled by default on facilipay, but upon request, it can be enabled on any account should a merchant wish to accept cash as a payment type. To enable cash acceptance on your account, please contact us on support@facilipay.io 

 Step 1: From the FaciliPay home screen on your PAX terminal, tap Register.

 Step 2: Select an item from the menu — in this example, Fillet Box Meal With 1 Pc Chicken — to add it to the order. Cash_Step2_SelectItem

 

Step 3: Once the item is added, tap the Basket button to review the order. Cash_Step3_BasketButton

 

Step 4: On the items screen, check the order total, then tap Pay Now. Cash_Step4_PayNow

 

 Step 5: Choose a payment method — tap Pay with Cash. Cash_Step5_PayWithCash

 

 Step 6: Select the amount tendered — tapping the exact total (€6.75) sets the change due to €0.00 — then tap Pay. For a different amount, use one of the other quick amounts or Custom. Cash_Step6a_ExactAmount

 Step 7: The terminal confirms the payment. From here, staff can tap Print Customer Copy for a receipt, or Close to return to the register. Cash_Step7_Success
