Add a Credit or Debit Card for Your Facilipay Invoices

Merchants can add a credit or debit card to their Facilipay account so that subscription fees and invoices are charged automatically when they are issued.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select Billing.

  3. Click Add Payment Method. A secure page will open where you can enter your card details.

  4. After the card is added, a €0.01 verification charge will be made and immediately refunded to confirm the card is active.

  5. Once verified, future invoices will automatically charge the card on the invoice date and the invoice will be marked as paid.

Alternative:
You can also choose to pay invoices via Direct Debit by selecting the Direct Debit option within the Billing section.

Note:
A Facilipay plan must be selected before a payment method can be added to the account.
