Add a New Customer

Merchants can create a new customer profile directly from the Facilipay Business Dashboard. Creating a customer profile allows the account to be used for loyalty rewards, campaigns, or linking physical cards or bands.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Dashboard.

  2. Click the Create button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  3. From the options displayed, select Customer.

  4. Enter the customer’s details on the customer information screen.

  5. (Optional) If the customer has a card or band, open the Card/Band section and enter the band details, then click Link.

  6. Click Save to create the new customer profile in your dashboard.

Note:
The campaigns tool works more effectively when additional customer information (such as email or demographics) is included in the profile.
