How to Add a Payment Card to a Customer Account (Clover POS)

You can link a payment card to a customer account directly through the Facilipay app on Clover POS, enabling faster, seamless transactions for future purchases.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your Clover POS device with the Facilipay app installed.
  • The customer must be present with their card and account details.

Step-by-Step: Link a Payment Card

  1. Open the Facilipay App
    On the Clover home screen, select the Facilipay app.

  2. Retrieve the Customer Account
    Enter the customer's phone number or scan their QR code. The customer account will display on screen.

  3. Open the Customer Profile
    Tap the customer portrait to access the full profile.

  4. Connect the Payment Card
    Within the customer profile, tap Connect. Enter the customer's card details in the required fields and confirm to process the link.


What Happens After You Save

Once successful, Clover confirms the connection and returns to the customer profile screen. The payment card is now linked to the customer's account, enabling streamlined transactions at the POS.
