Add a Payment Card to a Customer Account (Clover POS)
A payment card can be linked to a customer account directly through the Facilipay app on Clover POS. This enables faster, seamless transactions for future purchases.
1) Open the Facilipay App
On the Clover home screen, select the Facilipay app.
2) Retrieve the Customer Account
Enter the customer’s phone number or scan their QR code.
The customer account will display on screen.
3) Open the Customer Profile
Tap the customer portrait to access the full profile.
4) Connect the Payment Card
Within the customer profile, tap Connect.
Enter the customer’s card details in the required fields.
Confirm the details to process the card link.
Once successful, Clover will confirm the connection and return to the customer profile screen.
Result
The selected payment card is successfully linked to the customer’s account, enabling streamlined transactions at the POS.
