How to Add a Start Order Button to Your Facebook Page

A Start Order button can be added to your Facebook Business Page to direct customers to your Facilipay Online Ordering page. This lets customers begin placing orders directly from Facebook.

Before You Begin

  • You must have admin access to your Facebook Business Page.
  • Your Facilipay Online Ordering page must already be configured.

Step-by-Step: Add a Start Order Button

  1. Open Your Facebook Page
    Log in to your Facebook account and open the Business Page you want to edit.

  2. Add a Button
    Under your page banner image, click Add a Button.

  3. Select Start Order
    From the list of button options, select Start Order.

  4. Enter Your Online Ordering URL
    You'll be prompted to enter the website URL where customers will place their orders. To retrieve the correct link:

    • From the Facilipay Dashboard, navigate to Inventory
    • Click Customer View
    • Copy the full URL from your browser address bar

    Paste this URL into the Facebook button link field. Click Save.

What Happens After You Save

A Start Order button is added to your Facebook page, directing customers to your Facilipay Online Ordering page.
