Add Additional Links to Your App

Merchants can add custom links to the “More” section of their Facilipay app or custom-branded app. These links allow customers to quickly access external pages such as your website, booking system, social media, or help guides.

  • Log in to your Facilipay Business Dashboard.

  • Navigate to My App > App Design.

  • Scroll down until you reach the More section.

  • Click the “+” button to add a new link.

  • Enter the name you want customers to see and the URL they should be directed to.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • Open the Facilipay app or your custom-branded app and tap More to confirm the new link appears correctly.

Once saved, customers will be able to access the link directly from the More section of your app profile.
