How to Add Loyalty Credit Back on the Merchant Mobile App

The Facilipay Merchant app lets you add or redeem loyalty credit from any smartphone or tablet. By scanning a customer's QR code and entering the sale value, loyalty credit is automatically calculated and applied based on your configured reward percentage.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the Facilipay Merchant app installed and be logged in.
  • Have the customer's QR code or account details ready.

Step-by-Step: Add Loyalty Credit

  1. Scan the Customer
    From the home screen of the Facilipay Merchant app, tap Scan to open your device camera and scan the customer's QR code.

    Alternatively, search for the customer using:

    • Name
    • Email address
    • Account number
    • Phone number
  2. Enter the Sale Amount
    Enter the sale price in the main field beside Credit. The app automatically:

    • Calculates the loyalty credit based on your configured percentage
    • Adds the calculated amount to the customer's account

    No manual calculation is required.

  3. Complete the Transaction
    Once processed, a confirmation message appears, and you'll be returned to the home screen.


What Happens After You Add

Loyalty credit is added to the customer's account through the Merchant Mobile App. They'll see the new balance the next time they log into their app.
