How to Add Online Ordering to Your Website Using an iFrame

An iFrame lets you embed Facilipay online ordering directly into your website. This keeps customers on your domain while maintaining a fully branded and seamless checkout experience.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
  • You'll need access to your website's HTML or CMS to embed the iFrame code.

Step-by-Step: Embed the iFrame

  1. Locate Your Facilipay ID
    From the Facilipay Dashboard, navigate to Settings → Business Details and copy your Facilipay ID. This ID is required for the iFrame URL.

  2. Add the iFrame to Your Website
    Insert the following iFrame code into the HTML of your desired webpage:

    Replace with your actual Facilipay ID. Example:

    Adjust the height value if needed to suit your website layout.

  3. Customise Background Colour (Optional)
    To match your website branding, you can apply a custom background colour using a hex value. Add ?color= followed by your hex code directly after your Facilipay ID:

    In this example, 000000 represents black. Use your preferred hex colour code to match your website design.
