How to Add Stamps to Customer Accounts Using the Merchant App

Reward customers for their consistent purchases without being tied to a specific POS. The Facilipay Merchant app lets you add stamps from any smartphone or tablet.

Before You Begin

  • You'll need a smartphone or tablet to install the Merchant app.
  • Have your Facilipay Dashboard credentials ready.

Step-by-Step: Add Stamps via the Merchant App

  1. Install and Log In

    1. Download the Facilipay Merchant app from the App Store or Google Play Store
    2. Log in using your Facilipay Dashboard credentials
  2. Find the Customer Account
    Search for the customer using one of the following:

    • Tap Scan to scan the customer's QR code
    • Search by account number, name, or email address

    Select the correct account from the results.

  3. Add Stamps

    1. Tap the Stamp button
    2. Enter the number of stamps to add
    3. Tap Add

What Happens After You Add

The stamps are added to the customer's account. A confirmation message appears, and you can return to the home screen.

  • Scan rather than type: Scanning is faster and avoids data entry errors during busy service.

  • Confirm with the customer: Before tapping Add, confirm the number of stamps with the customer.
