Add Stamps to Customer Accounts using the Merchant App

Have the ability to reward your customers for their consistent purchases without being tied to a specific POS

Step 1: Install and log in

  1. Download the Facilipay Merchant app from the App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Log in using your Facilipay Dashboard credentials

Step 2: Find the customer account

  1. Search for the customer using one of the following methods:
    • Tap Scan to scan the customer’s QR code
    • Search by account number, name, or email address
  2. Select the correct account from the results

Step 3: Add stamps

  1. Tap the Stamp button
  2. Enter the number of stamps to add
  3. Tap Add

Result

The stamps are added to the customer’s account.

A confirmation message will be displayed, and you can return to the home screen.
