Add Stamps to Customer Accounts using the Merchant App
Have the ability to reward your customers for their consistent purchases without being tied to a specific POS
Step 1: Install and log in
- Download the Facilipay Merchant app from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Log in using your Facilipay Dashboard credentials
Step 2: Find the customer account
- Search for the customer using one of the following methods:
- Tap Scan to scan the customer’s QR code
- Search by account number, name, or email address
- Select the correct account from the results
Step 3: Add stamps
- Tap the Stamp button
- Enter the number of stamps to add
- Tap Add
Result
The stamps are added to the customer’s account.
A confirmation message will be displayed, and you can return to the home screen.
