Add Terms and Conditions to your Experience Offerings

As a business you may have certain rules around your voucher redemptions, such as an expiry date. Listing these one your vouchers is a useful way to inform your customers

Step 1: Open gift card settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select Gift Cards

Step 2: Add footer text

  1. Locate the Digital Gift Cards Footer Text section
  2. Enter the text you want to display on all digital vouchers

Step 3: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

Your footer text will appear on all newly issued digital gift cards.

Tip

Consider including:

  • Voucher validity period
  • Terms and conditions
  • Data usage information
  • A note that vouchers are non-refundable or not exchangeable for cash
