Adding Bonuses to Customer Purchases via the Merchant App

1. Log in to the Merchant App

   • Open the app on your smartphone or tablet.

   • Use the same login credentials you use for facilipay.com.

2. Locate the Customer Account

   • Enter the customer’s name or account number to find their account.

   • Use the toggle switch in the app to switch between searching by name or account number.

3. Apply Loyalty Credit

   • Open the customer account and tap Loyalty Credit.

   • Enter the total transaction amount.

   • The system will automatically calculate and apply the bonus based on your configured loyalty settings.

 The customer’s account now reflects the bonus earned for their purchase.
