How to Add Loyalty to a Transaction Using Quick Add
Quickly add loyalty stamps or credit to a customer's account during a sale on a Clover device using the Quick Add feature. This streamlines loyalty handling at the till during busy periods.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover device with Quick Add enabled.
- Have the customer's card or details ready.
Step-by-Step: Use Quick Add
Complete the Sale
On a Clover device, complete the sale as normal until you reach the tender screen after pressing Pay on the Register app.Select Loyalty as Tender
Select Loyalty as the tender type and capture the customer's details (by tapping their card or scanning/entering their info).Add Stamps or Credit
From the customer profile that appears, choose to add loyalty stamps or credit. You'll then return to the payment screen to complete the transaction as usual.
What Happens After You Add
The customer's loyalty account reflects the new stamps or credit immediately, and the sale is completed using your normal tender.

Train staff: Make sure your team knows when to apply Quick Add for fast service.
