Adding Loyalty to a Transaction Using Quick Add

Merchants can quickly add loyalty stamps or credit to a customer’s account during a sale on a Clover device using the Quick Add feature.

  1. On a Clover device, complete the sale as normal until you reach the tender screen after pressing Pay on the Register app.

  2. Select Loyalty as the tender type and capture the customer’s details (by tapping their card or scanning/entering their info).

  3. From the customer profile that appears, choose to add loyalty stamps or credit. You’ll then return to the payment screen to complete the transaction as usual.
