Adding Your Business Details to Facilipay

Your business details are displayed to customers within the Facilipay app and online when they engage with your services. Keeping this information accurate and up-to-date ensures customers know how, when, and where to find you.

Before You Begin

You’ll need access to the Facilipay Business Portal with the correct permissions to edit business details.

Step-by-Step: Update Your Business Details

1. Log In to the Business Portal

Sign in to the Facilipay Business Portal at the portal login page.

2. Navigate to Company Details

Once logged in:

  1. Select My Business from the main menu.

  2. Click Company Details.

Here you’ll see your current business information.

3. Edit Your Business Information

To update your details:

  1. Click the Edit button next to the section you want to change.

  2. Update the relevant fields such as business name, address, phone number, email, and website.

  3. When finished, click Save to store your changes.

Customize Your Brand Appearance

In addition to basic business information, you can configure how your business appears to customers in the Facilipay app.

1. Upload Your Business Logo

  1. Go to the My App section within the portal.

  2. Click Upload under Business Logo.

  3. Choose your logo file and upload it.

This logo is shown to customers when they interact with your business in the Facilipay app.

2. Add Background Images and Colour Scheme

You can add background images and set your business colour scheme:

  • Upload the desired image files.

  • Choose colours that reflect your brand.

  • Click Apply or Save once complete.

Branch Details & Opening Hours

If your business has multiple locations (branches), each branch can have its own details:

1. Edit Branch Information

  1. Go to Branches in the portal.

  2. Select the branch you want to edit.

  3. Click Edit next to the fields you want to update.

You can update:

  • Branch name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email

2. Set Opening Hours

  1. Within the branch settings, locate Opening Hours.

  2. Use the time fields or sliders to enter the hours your business is open.

  3. Click Save when complete.

You can also add segmented opening hours for days with multiple open/close periods.

Best Practices

  • Accurate Location Info: Ensure the address and contact details are correct so customers can locate your business easily.

  • Consistent Branding: Upload branded images and colours that align with your business identity.

  • Maintain Hours: Regularly update opening hours to reflect seasonal or holiday changes.

After You Save

Once your changes are saved:

  • Your updated business information will be visible to customers in the Facilipay app and online.

  • Your branding changes (logo, images, colours) will be reflected in customer interfaces where applicable.
