How to Add Your Experience Product to an Experience Category
Listing products in appropriate categories helps customers navigate your experience store. Categories make browsing intuitive and improve the chance of conversion.
Before You Begin
- Ensure the experience product has already been created.
- Ensure the experience category exists.
- You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
Step-by-Step: Assign a Category
Open Products
- Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
- Click Inventory
- Select Products
Select a Product
Find the product using search or by scrolling, then click on it to open the details.Assign a Category
- Scroll to Associated Categories
- Click into the field
- Select the category you want to assign
Save Changes
Click Save.
What Happens After You Save
The experience product is now assigned to the selected category and appears under it in your store.
Tips & Best Practices
Logical category names: Use customer-friendly category names so they understand what they'll find inside.
Multiple categories: A product can belong to multiple categories — useful if it fits more than one theme.
