Adding your Experience Product to an Experience Category

Having your Products listed in appropriate categories helps customers navigate your experience store

Before you begin

  • Ensure the experience product has already been created
  • Ensure the experience category exists

Step 1: Open products

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Inventory
  3. Select Products

Step 2: Select a product

  1. Find the product using search or by scrolling
  2. Click on the product to open the details

Step 3: Assign a category

  1. Scroll to Associated Categories
  2. Click into the field
  3. Select the category you want to assign

Step 4: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

The experience product is now assigned to the selected category and will appear accordingly.
