Amend Receipts to Promote Your Loyalty Program
Receipts are an effective but often under-utilised marketing tool. Customising your receipt header and footer allows you to reinforce your brand and promote your Loyalty Program with every transaction.
1) Log in to Clover Dashboard
Go to:
- clover.com (US customers)
- eu.clover.com (European customers)
Log in to your Clover Dashboard.
2) Open Setup
Open the Setup app from your dashboard.
3) Access Payment Receipts
Click Payment Receipts.
Select Custom Header and Custom Footer Text.
4) Add Loyalty Promotional Text
In the Custom Footer Text field, enter your desired loyalty message.
Example:
“Download the Facilipay app on your smartphone to get rewarded for every purchase with us.”
Save your changes.
Result
Your customised receipt will now promote your Loyalty Program with every transaction, helping increase app downloads and repeat customer engagement.
