Amending Branch Opening Times for Online Ordering Availability

Merchants can update their branch’s open hours in the Facilipay Business Portal so online ordering only appears when the branch is available to accept orders.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal and select My Business > Branches from the side navigation.

  2. From the list of branches, click the branch you want to update.

  3. On the Location Details page, scroll down and click Edit. Ensure the Open box is ticked and the correct opening and closing times are set for each day.

  4. Choose Ordering Settings from the top menu, then click Edit to define the prep times and choose from the different dispatch methods

  5. Select the dispatch method (e.g., collection, delivery) you want to accept are Enabled.
