Automatically Accepting Online Orders with Online Ordering on Clover POS

Automatically accepting orders minimises the risk of orders being missed and customers being disappointed. This is the same setting as auto-accept in Order Ahead, but accessed via the Online Ordering app.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your Clover POS device with the Online Ordering app installed.

Step-by-Step: Enable Auto-Accept

  1. Open the Online Ordering App
    From the Clover home screen, open the Online Ordering app.

  2. Access Preferences
    Tap the three dots at the top of the screen and select Preferences.

  3. Enable Automatic Acceptance
    Scroll to Automatically Accept All Orders and toggle the setting on.


What Happens After You Enable

All incoming orders are automatically accepted, reducing the risk of missed orders. Customers receive instant confirmation and tickets print immediately if a printer is connected.
