Automatically Accepting an Online Order with Online Ordering on Clover POS

Automatically accepting orders minimises the risk of orders being missed and leaving customers dissappointed

Step 1: Open the Online Ordering app

  1. From the Clover home screen, open the Online Ordering app

Step 2: Access preferences

  1. Tap the three dots (top of the screen)
  2. Select Preferences

Step 3: Enable automatic acceptance

  1. Scroll to Automatically Accept All Orders
  2. Toggle the setting on

Result

All incoming orders will now be automatically accepted, reducing the risk of missed orders.
