Automatically Apply Special Offers to Specific Customers Using Campaigns

Offer special schemes or rewards to targeted customers letting you be flexible or create a deal with local businesses

Step 1: Start a new campaign

  1. From the Facilipay Dashboard homepage
  2. Click Create (top right)
  3. Select Campaigns
  4. Click Targeted

Step 2: Enter campaign details

  1. Complete the following fields:
    • Name: Clearly describe the offer (e.g. 50% off coffee)
    • Description: Explain the campaign and when it can be redeemed
    • Terms and Conditions: Define any rules (e.g. valid on Fridays only)
  2. Click Next

Step 3: Set the schedule (optional)

  1. Configure when the campaign is active:
    • Period: Set start and end dates
    • Days of the week: Limit to specific days (e.g. Fridays)
    • Daily period: Restrict to times of day (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening)

Step 4: Set limits (optional)

  1. Apply usage limits if required:
    • Total Budget: Maximum total value across all customers
    • Max Coupons: Total number of redemptions allowed
    • Max Coupons per User: Limit per customer
    • Max Value per User: Maximum discount per customer
  2. Review your settings and click Next

Step 5: Define your audience (optional)

  1. Click New Customer Demographic Filter
  2. Select Customer Selection
  3. Search for customers by:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Customer ID
  4. Select the relevant customers
  5. Click Save

Step 6: Set the reward

  1. Click Rewards (top menu)
  2. Choose the reward type:
    • Discount Sale: Fixed amount or percentage off orders
    • Credit Back: Add balance to customer accounts
    • Discount Product / Category: Apply discounts to specific items or categories

Step 7: Review the campaign

  1. Click Review
  2. Check all campaign details and settings

Step 8: Configure notifications (optional)

  1. For branded apps, set up push notifications to alert customers when the campaign goes live

Step 9: Launch the campaign

  1. Click Release

Result

Your campaign is now live and available to your selected customers.
