How to Bulk Enable or Disable Inventory for Self Checkout

Bulk enable or disable all inventory items for Self Checkout from the Facilipay Business Portal. This lets businesses quickly control whether products are available to purchase through the Self Checkout interface.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with admin access.
  • Note that this setting applies to all inventory at once — you can't select individual products.

Step-by-Step: Bulk Enable / Disable

  1. Log In to the Business Portal
    Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Open Inventory Settings
    Navigate to Settings > Inventory from the left-hand menu.

  3. Edit Configuration
    Click Edit on the inventory configuration screen.

  4. Reset Inventory
    Select Reset Inventory to open the inventory configuration options.

  5. Choose Self Checkout Option
    Choose the option beside Self Checkout to either enable or disable all products in bulk.


Important Note

This setting applies to all inventory items at once. You can't select individual products when using the bulk enable/disable option. If the setting doesn't update immediately after re-enabling items, try logging out and back into the Business Portal.
