Bulk Enable or Disable Inventory for Self Checkout

Merchants can bulk enable or disable all inventory items for Self Checkout from the Facilipay Business Portal. This allows businesses to quickly control whether products are available to purchase through the Self Checkout interface.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Inventory from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click Edit on the inventory configuration screen.

  4. Select Reset Inventory to open the inventory configuration options.

  5. Choose the option beside Self Checkout to either enable or disable all products in bulk.

Note:
This setting applies to all inventory items at once. You will not be able to select individual products when using the bulk enable/disable option. If the setting does not update immediately after re-enabling items, try logging out and back into the Business Portal.
