Cancelling Your Facilipay Customer Account

Cancel your LoyLap account directly through the Member App or website.

  1. Open the Facilipay Member App or Website

    • Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet, or go to member.loylap.com.

    • Tap or click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Access Your Profile Settings

    • On the account page, tap or click the Profile option to view your customer details and account settings.

  3. Cancel Your Account

    • Scroll to the Cancel Account option and tap/click it.

    • Enter your account password when prompted to confirm the cancellation.

Your Facilipay account will be deactivated following confirmation of your request.
