Change a Branch Address

Merchants can update the address associated with a branch from the Facilipay Business Portal. This address is visible to customers in the app and helps them locate your business location.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Hover over My Business in the navigation bar and select Branches.

  3. A list of your business locations will appear.

  4. Click the three-dot menu beside the branch whose address you want to update.

  5. In the branch settings page, click Edit next to the address field.

  6. Enter the new address in the search field. Suggested addresses will appear based on your input.

  7. Select the correct address and click Save.

Once saved, the updated address will appear in the customer app and associated business listings.
