Change a Customers Personal Loyalty Reward

Outside of your normal loyalty or campaign offerings, personal rewards are a great way to give a special reward to specific customers

Step 1: Open customers

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Customers
  3. Select Customers

Step 2: Find the customer

  1. Search for the customer using:
    • Name
    • Customer ID

Step 3: Edit the customer

  1. Click the three dots next to the customer
  2. Select Edit

Step 4: Add a personal reward

  1. Click the Modifiers tab
  2. In the Personal Reward field, enter the reward value:
    • Percentage or credit amount to be applied

Step 5: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

The customer will now receive the assigned personal reward on their purchases.
