Change Business Loyalty Settings
You can update or change your business loyalty rewards directly from the Facilipay Dashboard.
1) Log in to the Dashboard
Go to facilipay.com and log in to your Dashboard.
2) Open Loyalty Settings
Hover over Engagement.
Click Loyalty.
You will see your current loyalty configuration.
Click Edit to make changes.
3) Select Loyalty Type
You can choose or modify your loyalty type.
For example:
- Stamp Loyalty – e.g. 9 stamps required to receive a free item on the 10th visit.
- Credit Loyalty – Reward customers based on spend value.
The settings displayed will change depending on the loyalty type selected.
4) Update Loyalty Configuration
To change the loyalty type:
- Click the circle beside your preferred option.
- Adjust the loyalty settings as required.
- Click Save once complete.
5) Refresh POS
To ensure the changes apply to your POS device:
- Refresh the Facilipay app on your POS.
- Confirm the updated loyalty settings are visible.
Result
Your business loyalty program is successfully updated and ready to reward customers based on the new configuration.
