How to Check a Customer's Transaction History
View a customer's past transactions and account activity directly on a Clover POS using the Cashless app. This is useful for resolving queries, verifying loyalty activity, or reviewing balances.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover device with the Facilipay Cashless app installed.
- Have the customer's card or band ready to scan.
Step-by-Step: View Transaction History
Open the Facilipay App
Open the Facilipay app on the Clover device home screen.Load the Customer Profile
Tap the customer's card or band on the card reader to load their account profile.Open Transaction History
Once the customer profile appears, tap History at the bottom of the screen. A list of recent transactions and account balance is displayed.Filter by Date (Optional)
By default, the system shows activity from the last 30 days. To view older transactions, tap the Last 30 Days filter.Apply a Custom Range
Select a custom date range and tap Apply to display transactions from the selected period.

- Investigate disputes or customer queries about specific transactions.
- Verify loyalty point or stamp activity over time.
- Review balance changes for reconciliation.

Use date filters: Wider date ranges return more results — narrow down to find specific transactions faster.
