Check a Customer’s Transaction History

Merchants can view a customer’s past transactions and account activity directly on a Clover POS using the Cashless app.

  1. Open the Facilipay app on the Clover device home screen.

  2. Tap the customer’s card or band on the card reader to load their account profile.

  3. Once the customer profile appears, tap History at the bottom of the screen.

  4. A list of the customer’s recent transactions and account balance will be displayed.

  5. By default, the system shows activity from the last 30 days. To view older transactions, tap the Last 30 Days filter.

  6. Select a custom date range and tap Apply to display transactions from the selected period.
