Check a Gift Card Balance (PAX Terminal)
Merchants can quickly check a customer’s gift card balance using the Facilipay app on a PAX POS device. Customers can also view their balance themselves by linking the card in the Facilipay mobile app.

On the PAX terminal, open the Facilipay app.

From the POS home screen, tap the Gift app icon.

Tap the scan icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open the camera and scan the QR code on the gift card.

Alternatively, tap the input field and manually enter the gift card number.

Once the card is scanned or entered, the gift card details will appear, and the current balance will be displayed in the top-right corner of the screen.
