Configure Loyalty Settings on Clover
Merchants can configure how loyalty rewards are applied to products directly from the Loyalty app on their Clover POS. This allows businesses to assign loyalty rewards to specific products or entire categories.

Open the Facilipay Loyalty app on your Clover device.

The first time you access the Loyalty section, choose the Loyalty Type:

Credit

Stamp

Tap Setup to configure how rewards apply to products.

The system will scan the product categories configured in the Register app.

Select the category where you want loyalty rewards to apply.

Choose whether to:

Apply rewards category-wide, or
-
Select individual products within the category.

Configure the loyalty reward value for each item or category.

Tap Back to configure additional categories or exit the setup.
Exclude Modifiers from Loyalty
Merchants can also exclude specific modifier groups from loyalty redemption.
For example, if a coffee has a “Large” modifier costing €0.50, the modifier can remain chargeable even when a loyalty reward is redeemed.

Open the Setup section of the Loyalty configuration.

Locate the modifier groups associated with the product.

Select the groups you want to exclude from loyalty rewards.
