How to Configure Stamp Loyalty on Clover Flex POS
Stamp Loyalty can be configured directly within the Loyalty app on Clover Flex. This lets you apply stamp rewards to specific items or entire product categories without needing a separate dashboard.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover Flex with the Loyalty app installed.
- Decide on your stamp reward structure (per category vs. individual items) before configuring.
Step-by-Step: Configure Stamp Loyalty
Open the Loyalty App
On your Clover Flex, open the Loyalty app.Access Loyalty Setup
Tap the three-line menu icon in the top left corner to open the side menu, then select Loyalty Setup.Select a Category
A list of your product categories will display. Tap on the category where you want to apply stamp loyalty.Apply Stamp Rewards
You can configure loyalty in one of two ways:- Individual Items – Tap into a specific item to adjust the stamp reward for that product.
- Entire Category – Tap the green option at the top of the page to apply the reward settings to all items within the category.
Adjust the reward settings as required.
What Happens After You Save
Stamp Loyalty is configured for the selected items or category on your Clover Flex POS. Customers earn stamps automatically when purchasing eligible items.
Tips & Best Practices
Use category-level rewards for simplicity: Whole-category rewards are easier to maintain than item-level rules.
Communicate the reward: Make sure customers know how stamps are earned so they engage with the loyalty programme.
