Connect an External Printer for Order Ahead
Merchants can connect an external printer to their Clover device so that online orders placed through the Order Ahead app are automatically printed for preparation or fulfilment.

Connect your printer to the internet using a LAN cable, ensuring it is connected to the same network as the Clover device.

Unlock your Clover device and open the Printers application.

Tap the “+” icon to add and connect the printer to your Clover device.

Open the Order Ahead app, tap the three-dot menu, and go to Preferences.

Ensure Automatically Accept All Orders is enabled.

Tap Default Printer and select the printer you want the Order Ahead app to use.
Once the external printer is selected as the default printer, all incoming online orders will automatically print to that device.
