How to Connect Clover for Your Online Payments

To accept online orders or sell digital gift cards, you need a payment gateway. Use the Facilipay E-Commerce Connector on Clover to transact and get paid into the same bank account linked to your POS.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Clover Dashboard with admin access.
  • Your Clover account must already be set up to receive payments.

Step-by-Step: Install the E-Commerce Connector

  1. Open More Tools
    Log in to the Clover Dashboard, then click More Tools.

  2. Find the App
    Use the search bar to find E-Commerce Connector, then select the app from the results.

  3. Install the App
    Click Connect and follow the prompts to install the app.

  4. Complete the Connection
    After installation, review your Merchant Name and Merchant ID, then click Connect Clover E-comm.


What Happens After Setup

Your Clover E-Commerce Connector is now set up and ready to use for online ordering and digital gift card sales. Funds settle into the bank account linked to your Clover POS.

  • Run a test transaction: Validate the integration with a small test purchase after connecting.

  • Check Merchant ID: Confirm the Merchant Name and ID match your account before clicking Connect.
