Create a Category for Online Ordering (Tablet)
Categories organise products within your Online Ordering store, improving navigation and customer experience. Products must be created first before being assigned to a category.
1) From the Facilipay Dashboard, create a new Category
Click Create in the top right corner of the homepage.
Select Category.
Enter the required details:

Category Name

Assign the category to the relevant Online Ordering Branch
Ensure Available for Ordering is enabled.
Click Save.
2) Assign Products to the Category
Navigate to Products.
Select the product you want to assign.
In the Category dropdown field, choose the newly created category.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for any additional products.
Result
The category is created and products are successfully assigned, making them visible within your Online Ordering store.
