How to Create a Combo Bundle

You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with admin access.
You must have at least one active bundle already set up before creating a combo bundle.

Open the Business Portal
From the Facilipay Business Portal, log in to your account.
Go to the Bundles Section
From the side menu, select Inventory, then click Bundles.
Ensure You Have Existing Bundles
Existing bundles appear in the list on the Bundles page. You need at least one before creating a combo.
Select the Primary Bundle
Choose the bundle that will act as the primary bundle in your combo. Click on the bundle to open its settings page.
Add Associated Bundles
Scroll down to the Associated Bundles section. Use the dropdown menu to select another active bundle to include in the combo.

Once selected, the bundle appears under the associated bundles list. Click Update to save your changes.
Hide Individual Bundles (Optional)
If a bundle is only intended to be part of the combo, you can hide it from being sold individually. Enable Hide from customer app to prevent it appearing separately to customers.

Your Combo Bundle now appears in your customer app or ordering page, clearly showing customers what items are included in the bundle offer.

Use clear bundle names: Customers should immediately understand the value of a combo from the title.
Hide solo bundles when needed: If a bundle only makes sense as part of the combo, hide it to avoid confusion.

Combo Bundles let you combine multiple bundles into a single offer, making it easier for customers to purchase different bundle types in one transaction. You can associate up to four bundles with a primary bundle to create a combo package.
