How to Create a Product for the Experiences Store
Products within the Experiences Store represent Monetary Vouchers or Single-Use Vouchers for specific offerings (e.g. Wine Tasting for Two, Weekend Stay). These products are created within a dedicated Experiences branch.
Before You Begin
- You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
- The Experiences branch must already be configured.
- Have product images, name, price, and description ready.
Step-by-Step: Create an Experience Product
Create a New Product
From the Facilipay Dashboard, click Create in the top right corner. Select Product.Select the Experiences Branch
From the Branch dropdown, choose the branch configured for Experiences. Branches set up for Experiences have different settings from standard product/service branches — ensure the correct branch is selected.Select Revenue Type
Choose whether the product is:- Revenue – Recognised as revenue at the time of purchase (e.g. a specific experience voucher).
- Non-Revenue – A general monetary voucher (e.g. Gift Card) where revenue is recognised upon redemption.
Select the appropriate option based on how the voucher should be accounted for.
Enter Product Details
Complete the required product information:- Product Name
- Price
- Description
It's recommended to upload an image to enhance visibility and customer engagement. This can be added using the image icon in the top right corner.
Ensure the following options are enabled:
- Available for Ordering
- Always Available
Configure Fulfilment Options
Once Available for Ordering is enabled, select the appropriate fulfilment methods:- Collection
- Delivery
- Fixed Delivery
Enable only the options relevant to how your experience vouchers will be distributed. Click Save.
What Happens After You Save
The Experience product is created and available for purchase within your Experiences Store.

Write detailed descriptions: Include what's included, who it's for, and any restrictions.
