Create a Split Online Menu with dedicated Collection/Delivery times

Splitting the menu means you can make sure you have control over how your products get distributed and a better experience for customers

Step 1: Open product settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click Inventory
  3. Select Products

Step 2: Select a product

  1. Find the product you want to update
  2. Click on the product name

Step 3: Locate menu settings

  1. Scroll to the Menu Settings section

Note: If this section is not visible, the product may not be enabled for online ordering.

Step 4: Set dispatch options

  1. Choose how the product can be ordered:
    • Collection
    • Delivery
    • Fixed Delivery
  2. Select the appropriate options

Step 5: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

The product is now limited to the selected dispatch methods.
