How to Create Your Facilipay Online Ordering Account from Your Clover POS

Get started with Facilipay easily, directly from your Clover point of sale. Install the Online Ordering app and complete account setup in just a few taps.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you are logged in to Clover with an Admin PIN.
  • Have your business email address ready to use for the account.

Step-by-Step: Install and Set Up

  1. Open the App Market
    From the Clover home screen, open App Market or More Tools, then search for Online Ordering.

  2. Install the App
    Select the Online Ordering app from the results, tap Connect, then follow the prompts to download and install the app.

  3. Open the App
    Once installed, tap Open in the top right.

  4. Enter Your Email
    Enter your email address and submit to continue.

  5. Complete Setup
    Check your email inbox and follow the link provided to finish setting up your account.


What Happens After You Set Up

The Online Ordering app is installed and ready to use on your Clover device. You can now start configuring your menu, dispatch methods, and receiving online orders.
