How to Create a Bundle

Bundles let you sell a quantity of items upfront to customers who can then redeem them later. Customers pre-purchase a stock of services or items, giving you increased cash flow and them better value for money.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Dashboard with admin access.
  • Decide on the bundle name, price, products, and redemption rules before starting.

Step-by-Step: Create a Bundle

  1. Open Bundles
Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard, click Inventory, then select Bundles.

  2. Create a New Bundle
Click Create Bundle in the top right.

Note: If no bundles exist, this page will be empty.

  3. Enter Bundle Details
    Complete the general bundle information:

    • Name: Displayed to customers (e.g. 10 Coffees for £30)
    • Bundle Price: Price paid upfront
    • Tax Rate: Select the applicable tax
  4. Add Products to the Bundle

    1. Click Open Product Selector
    2. Choose items to include — search for specific products, select individual items using the + icon, or select an entire category
    3. Review selected items
    4. Click Confirm
  5. Set Redemption Rules
    Configure how the bundle works:

    • Redemption Limit: Number of times the bundle can be used (e.g. 10)
    • Discount: Set how much is discounted when redeemed — example: 100% for prepaid bundles
  6. Add Description and Terms

    1. Enter a Description to explain the bundle
    2. Add Terms and Conditions (e.g. usage rules, expiry)
    3. Upload an image (optional) to promote the bundle
  7. Save the Bundle
Click Create in the bottom right.

What Happens After You Save

Your bundle is created and available for customers to purchase and redeem.

Example: 10 Coffees for £30

  • Customer pays £30 upfront
  • Each coffee is redeemed with a 100% discount until the bundle is used

Tips & Best Practices

  • Price for value: Bundles should offer clear savings vs. individual purchases to drive sign-ups.

  • Promote prominently: Use bundle imagery on your menu and social channels.

  • Set sensible expiries: Avoid open-ended liabilities with expiry rules (see "Set Advanced Rules on Bundles").
