Customise Menu Availability for Different Dispatch Methods (Collection, Delivery, Table Service)
You can control which items appear for different dispatch methods such as Collection, Delivery, or Table Service. This allows you to customise your menu depending on how customers choose to receive their orders.
1) Open the Facilipay Business Portal
From the Facilipay Business Portal, navigate to your dashboard.
2) Go to Products
From the side menu, select Inventory.
Then click Products.
3) Search for the Item
Use the search bar to find the product you want to update.
4) Open the Product Settings
Click on the item to open its configuration menu.
5) Enable Ordering
Make sure Available for Ordering is turned on.
6) Select Dispatch Methods
Choose which dispatch methods the item should be available for.
You can select one or multiple options:

Collection
-
Fixed Delivery
-
Delivery
-
Table Service (if enabled)
7) Save Your Changes
Click Save to apply the changes.
Result
The selected product will now only appear on the menus associated with the dispatch methods you selected.
