Disable Online Ordering from Your Clover POS

From time to time we know it can get too busy, so we've made it very easy to disable online ordering until you can find your feet again.

Step 1: Open preferences

  1. Open the Online Ordering app on your Clover POS
  2. Tap the three dots (top right)
  3. Select Preferences

Step 2: Access ordering availability

  1. Tap Ordering Availability

Step 3: Disable ordering

  1. Choose how you want to disable online ordering:
    • Set a time period: Online ordering will automatically resume after the selected time
    • Disable manually: Online ordering will remain off until you re-enable it

Result

Online ordering is disabled based on your selected settings.
