Donations Mode – Self Checkout App 

Donations Mode provides a cashless solution for collecting donations. It allows customers to select from pre-set donation amounts or enter a custom value.

When Donations Mode is enabled:

  • Preset donation amounts are displayed on screen.

  • A Custom Amount option allows customers to enter their preferred donation value.

After a donation amount is selected, the customer is prompted to complete payment using one of the following methods:

  • Card payment

  • Facilipay account balance

Activation

Donations Mode must be enabled by the Facilipay team.

Result

Once enabled, the Self Checkout app will operate in Donations Mode, allowing customers to process cashless donations using the available payment methods.
