How to Download the Loyalty App on Your Poynt Device

Download the Facilipay Loyalty app from the Apps section on a Poynt POS device. Once installed, the app appears on the device's main screen and can be used to manage loyalty transactions immediately.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to your Poynt POS device with the Apps marketplace available.

Step-by-Step: Install the Loyalty App

  1. Open the Apps Marketplace
    On your Poynt POS device, open the Apps application.

  2. Search for Facilipay Loyalty
    Use the search bar to search for Facilipay Loyalty.

  3. Select the App
    Select the Facilipay Loyalty app from the results.

  4. Install the App
    Review the app details and tap Install to download it.

  5. Confirm Installation
    Once installation is complete, the Facilipay Loyalty app will appear on the device home screen.

What Happens After You Install

You can now open the app and begin processing loyalty transactions on the Poynt device.
