Download the Loyalty App on Your Poynt Device

Merchants can download the Facilipay Loyalty app from the Apps section on a Poynt POS device. Once installed, the app will appear on the device’s main screen and can be used to manage loyalty transactions.

  1. On your Poynt POS device, open the Apps application.

  2. Use the search bar to search for Facilipay Loyalty.

  3. Select the Facilipay Loyalty app from the results.

  4. Review the app details and tap Install to download it.

  5. Once the installation is complete, the Facilipay Loyalty app will appear on the device home screen.

You can now open the app and begin processing loyalty transactions on the device.
