Edit your Order Cancellation Email

Add a personal touch or include additional details your customers may find helpful

Step 1: Open system messages

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click My Business
  3. Select System Messages

Step 2: Edit ordering messages

  1. Find Ordering Messages
  2. Click Edit

Step 3: Configure the cancellation email

  1. Select Ordering Cancellation
  2. Enable the custom template using the toggle
  3. Enter your email content in the text box

Step 4: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

Your custom email will now be sent to customers when an order is cancelled.
