How to Enable a Custom Amount for a Monetary Experience Voucher

Allow customers to enter a custom purchase amount when buying a monetary experience voucher. This gives them flexibility to purchase a voucher for any value instead of only selecting preset amounts.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with admin access.
  • The Experience Voucher product must already exist.

Step-by-Step: Enable Custom Amount

  1. Log In to the Business Portal
    Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Open Products
    Navigate to Inventory > Products.

  3. Find the Voucher
    Locate your Experience Voucher in the product list (use the search bar to find it).

  4. Open Product Details
    Click the voucher to open the Product Details page.

  5. Enable "Is Monetary"
    In the product settings, enable the "Is monetary" checkbox.

  6. Save Changes
    Click Save.

What Happens After You Save

The voucher displays a Customer Value field when customers purchase it, allowing them to enter their own amount rather than choosing a preset value.
