Enable a Custom Amount for a Monetary Experience Voucher

Merchants can allow customers to enter a custom purchase amount when buying a monetary experience voucher. This gives customers the flexibility to purchase a voucher for any value instead of only selecting preset amounts.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Navigate to Inventory > Products.

  3. Locate your Experience Voucher in the product list (you can use the search bar to find it).

  4. Click the voucher to open the Product Details page.

  5. In the product settings, enable the “Is monetary” checkbox.

  6. Click Save.

Once this option is enabled, the voucher will display a Customer Value field when customers purchase it, allowing them to enter their own amount rather than choosing a preset value.
