Enable Experience Vouchers for Collection and Delivery

Merchants can configure Experience Vouchers so they are available for both collection and delivery dispatch methods through the Facilipay Business Portal. This ensures customers can purchase vouchers using their preferred fulfilment method.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Navigate to My Business > Branches.

  3. Locate the branch that manages Experience vouchers and open it using the three-dot menu next to the branch name.

  4. Go to Ordering Settings and ensure both Collection and Delivery dispatch methods are enabled.

  5. Next, go to Inventory from the navigation menu and search for the Experience Voucher product.

  6. Open the voucher settings and confirm it is enabled for the required dispatch methods (Collection and/or Delivery).

  7. Save the changes. 

The Experience voucher will now appear as available for the selected dispatch methods when customers purchase it online.
