How to Enable Experience Vouchers for Collection and Delivery

Configure Experience Vouchers so they're available for both collection and delivery dispatch methods through the Facilipay Business Portal. This ensures customers can purchase vouchers using their preferred fulfilment method.

Before You Begin

  • You must be logged into the Facilipay Business Portal with admin access.
  • Your Experiences branch and voucher products must already be set up.

Step-by-Step: Enable Dispatch Methods

  1. Log In to the Business Portal
    Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. Open Branch Settings
    Navigate to My Business > Branches. Locate the branch that manages Experience vouchers and open it using the three-dot menu next to the branch name.

  3. Enable Dispatch Methods
    Go to Ordering Settings and ensure both Collection and Delivery dispatch methods are enabled.

  4. Open Voucher Product
    Go to Inventory from the navigation menu and search for the Experience Voucher product.

  5. Confirm Voucher Dispatch Methods
    Open the voucher settings and confirm it is enabled for the required dispatch methods (Collection and/or Delivery).

  6. Save Changes
    Save the changes.


What Happens After You Save

The Experience voucher will appear as available for the selected dispatch methods when customers purchase it online.

  • Match dispatch to voucher type: Some vouchers may only make sense for delivery (digital), while others suit collection.

  • Test before launch: Run a test purchase to confirm the dispatch options appear correctly at checkout.
