Enable Online Ordering for Delivery

Merchants can enable delivery as a dispatch method for online orders through the Facilipay Business Portal. Once enabled, customers will be able to place orders online and have them delivered from the selected branch.

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Business Portal.

  2. From the dashboard, navigate to My Business → Branches.

  3. Click the three-dot menu beside the branch you want to enable delivery for.

  4. On the branch details page, select Ordering.

  5. Click the Delivery tab in the top menu.

  6. Click Edit to open the delivery configuration settings.

  7. Toggle Delivery Enabled so the switch turns on (green).

  8. Configure any additional delivery settings as required and click Save.

Once enabled, customers will be able to select delivery as their dispatch method when placing orders online.
