How to Enable Quick Add Loyalty via Clover POS
Quick Add lets the system recognise the rewards you've set on your products, speeding up loyalty handling for customers at the till.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover POS with the Loyalty app installed.
- Loyalty rewards must already be configured on your products.
Step-by-Step: Enable Quick Add
Open the Loyalty App
From the Clover home screen, open the Loyalty app.Access Settings
Tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.Enable Quick Add
Ensure Quick Add Enabled is ticked, then tap OK to confirm.
What Happens After You Enable
Quick Add is now enabled. At checkout, you'll see a Quick Add option showing how many stamps or how much credit will be added to the customer's account.
Tips & Best Practices
Train staff to use it: Make sure team members know to use Quick Add for fast loyalty handling.
Verify rewards configuration: Quick Add only works correctly when rewards are properly configured on products.
