Enable your Branch for Online Ordering

Offer another way for your customers to be able to interact with your business and drive further growth with online ordering

Step 1: Open branch settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click My Business
  3. Select Branches

Step 2: Select a branch

  1. Click the three dots next to the branch you want to edit

Step 3: Open ordering settings

  1. Click Ordering (top menu)
  2. Click Edit

Step 4: Enable online ordering

  1. Ensure the following are enabled:
    • Ecommerce Interface
    • Enabled
  2. Click Save

Step 5: Configure additional settings (optional)

You can further customise your ordering experience:

  • Auto Accept (recommended): Automatically accept incoming orders
  • Ask for Utensils: Adds an option at checkout for customers
  • Tips Enabled: Allows customers to add a tip
  • Minimum Tip Default: Sets the default tip amount
  • Require Phone Number: Makes phone number entry mandatory at checkout
  • Scroll All Modifiers: Displays modifiers in a single list instead of separate screens
  • Service Charge: Add a service fee and set the amount
  • Prep Time: Set the minimum time required to prepare orders

Result

Online ordering is now enabled for the selected branch and ready for customers to use.
