Enabling Automatic Redeems for Facilipay Payments on Clover POS

Give a seamless experience and faster checkout flow for customers by enabling our automatic redemption for payments & campaigns

  • Step 1: Open the app

    1. From the Clover home screen, open one of the following apps:
      • Facilipay
      • Gift Cards
      • Loyalty

    Step 2: Access settings

    1. Tap the Settings icon (bottom of the screen)

    On Clover Flex:

    • Tap the menu icon (top left)
    • Then select Settings

    Step 3: Adjust Quick Redeem settings

    1. Locate the following options:
      • Payments Quick Redeem
      • Campaigns Quick Redeem
    2. Toggle the settings as needed:
      • Grey (disabled toggle) = Quick Redeem is enabled
      • Green (active toggle) = Quick Redeem is disabled (manual redemption required)

    Result

    Quick Redeem settings are updated based on your preferences.

    Tip

    • Enable Quick Redeem for faster transactions
    • Disable it if you prefer manual control over redemptions
