How to Enable Automatic Redeems for Facilipay Payments on Clover POS
Give customers a seamless experience and faster checkout flow by enabling automatic redemption for payments and campaigns on your Clover POS.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to your Clover POS device with the Facilipay, Gift Cards, or Loyalty app installed.
- Decide whether you want Quick Redeem enabled for payments, campaigns, or both.
Step-by-Step: Adjust Quick Redeem Settings
Open the App
From the Clover home screen, open one of the following apps:- Facilipay
- Gift Cards
- Loyalty
Access Settings
Tap the Settings icon at the bottom of the screen.On Clover Flex: Tap the menu icon in the top left, then select Settings.
Adjust Quick Redeem Settings
Locate the following options:- Payments Quick Redeem
- Campaigns Quick Redeem
Toggle the settings as needed:
- Grey (disabled toggle) = Quick Redeem is enabled
- Green (active toggle) = Quick Redeem is disabled (manual redemption required)
What Happens After You Save
Quick Redeem settings are updated based on your preferences. Future transactions will follow the new behaviour at the POS.

Enable for speed: Quick Redeem is best for faster transactions in busy environments.
Disable for control: Disable it if you prefer staff to confirm each redemption manually.
Train your team: Make sure staff understand the new flow before changing the setting on a live POS.
