Enabling Collection for Online Ordering

Collection is a dispatch method we have for your Online Orders. Perfect for customers who order on the go to pick up in store at certain times


Step 1: Open branch settings

  1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
  2. Click My Business
  3. Select Branches

Step 2: Select a branch

  1. Click the three dots next to the branch you want to edit

Step 3: Open ordering settings

  1. Click Ordering (top menu)

Step 4: Enable collection

  1. Select Collection (top menu)
  2. Click Edit
  3. Toggle Collection Enabled on

Step 5: Save changes

  1. Click Save

Result

The branch is now enabled to accept collection orders.
