Enabling Delivery for Online Ordering

Step 1: Open branch settings

1. Log in to the Facilipay Dashboard
2. Click My Business
3. Select Branches

Step 2: Select a branch

1. Click the three dots next to the branch you want to edit

Step 3: Open ordering settings

1. Click Ordering (top menu)

Step 4: Enable delivery

1. Select Delivery (top menu)
2. Click Edit
3. Toggle Delivery Enabled on

Step 5: Configure delivery settings (optional)

1. Set the following options as needed:
   • Delivery Time:
     • Added on top of prep time
     • Example: 15 min prep + 45 min delivery = 1 hour total
   • Delivery Fee:
     • Automatically applied to delivery orders
   • Maximum Delivery Radius:
     • Limits how far you will deliver

Step 6: Save changes

1. Click Save

Result

The branch is now enabled to accept delivery orders.
